General:
Avatars of War (AoW) is a PVE raid focused guild looking for reliable consistent raiders who are able to commit to a dedicated raid schedule. AoW has a vast array of leadership and raid experience dating back to classic content. We are a very fair and organized group of raiders looking to fill our ranks with more of the same.
Progression:
We have Naxxramas, Obsidian Sanctum with two Drakes, and Eye of Eternity on farm. We will continue to advance through new content as it becomes available, as well as visit previous content to keep things interesting.
Schedule:
Our raid days/times are: Sunday/Monday/Wednesday/Thursday @ 5:30-10pm Server (Pacific). The raider should be able to attend 3 of the 4 listed days for raids and understand how to maximize gear/spec for PVE.
We do run multiple 10 Man Raids within the guild on off-raiding nights for all dungeons. 10 Man Raids are optional, but available to all raiders.
Loot:
We use a standard DKP system for distributing 25 Man Raid Loot with the exception of Tier Set items, which are awarded according to 90 day attendance for 25 Man Raids. All 10 Man Raid loot is given out by random rolls on a need before greed basis.
